The cost depends upon how much space you need. We offer a range of space options from 1 small box, to a 6 bedroom house, to a fleet of cars. If you're unsure how much space you need, try our space calculator or call us on 01865 891408 for guidance. Rentals are charged monthly in advance and we offer discounts for longer rentals. You will be asked to pay an up front security deposit equal to one month's rental when signing your agreement. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

No. All of our units come complete with their own high security locks which are included in your rental cost.

Yes. We recommend that your items are adequately insured while in storage with us. Check your home/business contents insurance to make sure you goods are covered when in storage. We also have our own insurance please contact us for details.

We take security seriously. That’s why our storage compound benefits from advanced 24 hours a day security features including extensive CCTV monitoring, gated entrance and barriers and manned patrols. This also applies to the business park.

You have free and unlimited access to your stored items during our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday from 9.00am to 12.00pm. In addition we can provide emergency access, outside normal opening hours, on request.

The minimum rental period is usually four weeks and you can store with us for as long as you want, however we can often negotiate.

We can accept most things for storage from a box of photographs to the entire contents of a house or business, but there are some obvious exceptions. We cannot accept any living thing (or dead for that matter), anything toxic, perishable, inflammable or illegal. So if in doubt, please contact us for guidance.

You can move in on the same day as you make your enquiry providing that you have the relevant documentation needed to complete and sign your contract. This will include photographic ID and a utility bill or bank statement. Payment in advance - to be made prior to moving in.

You are welcome to move to another vault at any time as and when your requirements change.

Yes. We offer our own in-house removal service to and from our storage facility for household and businesses. Please contact us for further details.

We require one week's notice of your intention to vacate your storage space. We request that notice be given in writing either by fax, post or email directly to us. When you collect your items we ask that you leave your space empty and clean. Once your unit has been vacated and passed our inspection, we will refund your initial security deposit minus any outstanding fees.
