We can provide a fully managed service which covers retrieval, collection and delivery to your premises. Alternatively we can provide a unit exclusive to your company needs for sole use.

  • Professional Shredding – We provide a confidential document shredding service which ensures any documents no longer needed are destroyed completely and securely. Certificates are issued confirming destruction.
  • Item Retrieval and Delivery – door-to-door service for customers with inventoried document storage boxes (incl. 3hr emergency service)
  • Storage Access – You can access your storage unit six days a week, giving you the flexibility to come and go whenever you need to.
  • Scan to email or fax service – We can scan your documents and send them to you via email or fax meaning you can access your files anywhere in the world.
  • Arrange racking –We can provide you with a bespoke quote for high quality racking, which will help you make the most of the space in your unit whilst ensuring all your documents are easily accessible.

Business Continuity Planning / Disaster recovery service for only £25 plus vat, per annum. Store copies of all your critical data in a secure offsite location. We provide the storage crate, you fill it with your documents and return it to our storage site.
